Description

Medical and surgical journal of the Eliza convict ship for 15 September 1819 and the 31 January 1820 by James Marr Brydone, Surgeon, during which time the said ship was employed in a voyage to New South Wales. The journal is in the form of a diary recording daily treatments of patients and some other observations, such as the opening of casks of provisions, cleaning of prisons, and issuing of wine. (Described at item level).
