Description

Central Flying School. Formed at Upavon (UK) in May 1912. Disbanded in April 1942. Contains Defence Scheme of Vunerable Points, newspaper cuttings and a water colour of the School's armorial bearings.Includes 8 photographs depicting: Central Flying School, RAF Upavon: aerial views: visit by HM King George VI: rows of aircraft (unidentified). Dated 1938. With appendices
