Amongst other matters, the files concern security measures, Eire's repeal of the External Relations Act 1936, the neutrality of Eire, Eire's secession from the Commonwealth, the Ireland Bill 1949, Northern Ireland publicity arrangements in the USA, fisheries, partition, and conscription in Northern Ireland.
