"M" Balloon Unit, Buhn, France; moved to Sarrebourg on 2 April 1940; moved to Nantes 16 May 1940; moved to Cardington 1 June 1940; at Manston August 1940; moved to Birchington, Kent, 19 September 1940; moved to Walmer 11 June 1942; at Bunsbeek, Tirlemont, Belgium, February 1945; at Fairlop July 1945; disbanded 31 July 1945; appendices include examples of air dropped propaganda in French, German and Dutch, including 'Le Courrier de l'Air' newspaper.
