Yorkshire: Sunk Island (Humber estuary). Four similar maps of Crown estate, showing chalk banks and groynes by the River Humber. Annotated differently to show modifications and restorations: (1) shows points at which cross-sections were to be made; (2)-(4) give information on levels for different sections of the bank. Scale: about 1 inch to 14 chains. Compass indicator. (1) and (2) Annotated to say that they originally accompanied Mr Bohn's report of 13 January 1893. (3) and (4) Bear note that these plans were referred to in articles of agreement of 9 June 1893. All four plans bear the stamp 'George Bohn, Hull'.
