Plan of land in the vicinity of Port Clarence Iron Works, bordering the River Tees, showing former line of high water and high water line of waterside works. Scale: 3 inches to 625 feet. Compass indicator. Annotated to say that this plan was referred to in the Tees Conservancy (No 1) Act 1887 c 186.
