Middlesex: Westminster (now in the London Borough of Westminster). Drawings of a proposed dormitory to be erected on the south side of Pall Mall: (1) elevation and section; (2) ground plan. Scale: 1 inch to 8 feet. Signed by Thomas Lothian, nominated lessee. Originally enclosed in his letter of 29 June 1829 (number 1581).
