Plan of the brewhouse and premises belonging to Thomas Starkey and John Jennings in Little Pulteney Street and neighbourhood, St James's. Shows site of brewhouse, and names of adjacent owners. Reference table. Title in decorative floral cartouche. Scale: 1 inch to 14 feet. Coat of arms, with motto 'Riget otio virtus'. Compass indicator. [By] Thomas Lee.
