(2) 'A Survey of an estate called Woodhouse in the Parish of Sutton upon Derwent, and East Riding of Yorkshire belonging to Capt. Core': plan showing field boundaries. Title in rococo cartouche. Scale: 1 inch to 8 chains. Compass star. A copy, certified 18 August 1785, of the original of 1773 by W Rowe.
