'A Survey Plan and Valuation of Lands in the Township and Parish of Sigglesthorne in the East Riding of the County of York, belonging to the Crown, and now in the possession of Mr. George Gibson, the Lessee thereof'. Shows names of adjacent owners. Scale: 1 inch to 4 chains. Compass indicator. Made by Peter Nevill, November 1785, by order of the Surveyor General. Below the plan, on the same sheet: extracts from the Sigglesthorne enclosure award, 1773, relating to the Crown allotment. 'No. 291' at top right-hand corner.
