'A Plan of a Piece of Ground between high and low water mark in or adjoining to the River Thames opposite to the Privy Garden within the Palace of Whitehall and also of part of a Passage in the said Privy Garden both which parcels are intended to be granted (among other things) to His Grace Charles Duke of Richmond and are described in a Constat thereof'. Signed: 'Walker S[urveyor] G[eneral]'. Shows names of adjacent owners, and Westminster Quay. Scale: 1 inch to 36 feet. Cardinal points.
