Taken from the large plan made in 24 sheets by John Rocque and engraved by John Pine. Scale: 1 inch to 300 yards. Dedicated to Martin Folkes, esq., President of the Royal Society. Published 20 May 1749, 'and Sold by the Proprietors John Pine at the Golden Head in King Street near S t Ann's Church Soho & John Tinney Print & Map Seller at the Golden Lion in Fleet Street'.
