Grants to the Dukes of Richmond, Montague and Portland, the Earl of Loudon and Sir Conyers D'Arcy. Scale (calculated): 1 inch to about 40 feet. Annotated: 'This Plan is Referr'd to in the Surveyor Generall's report on Lady Catherine Pelham's memoriall dated 20 February 1759. Z. Chambers'
