Situate in the Parish of Greenwich in the County of Kent; part of which was lately the Scite of a Powder Magazine there'. Title, above crossed sceptres, within a swag, surmounted by a crown. Reference table gives acreage. Scale: 1 inch to 1.5 chains to an inch. Compass star. Abraham Driver, land surveyor.
