Surrey. 2 sheets. (1) Two plans on a single sheet, showing: (a) Parcel of land at Cobham Bridge, on the north side of the Guildford Road. Scale: 1 inch to about 3 chains. (b) Parcel of land at Painshill, on the south side of the Guildford Road. Scale: 1 inch to 200 feet. Both show acreage. Compass indicator. (2) Certificate by the Hon Charles Hamilton, concerning placing of boundary stones around the land shown in (b).
