Description

Lincolnshire: Deeping Fen. Plan of the lands and commons surveyed by Vincent Grant about 1670. A table gives lengths of rivers, drains and banks. Scale: 1 inch to a little over 1 mile. Title in rococo cartouche. Dedicated to the Adventurers and Participants for draining Deeping Fen. [Engraved by] Joseph Featherstone, 1763.
