(1) Covering letter dated 19 August 1851, from Pemberton, Crawley and Gardiner, [?solicitors], to Land Revenue Record Office, transmitting the plan of Plas Bach as sworn in the case of Daniel v Wilkin at last Assizes in Ruthin. (2) Plan of Plas Bach belonging to W H Peters, esq. Gives names of adjacent owners. Reference table. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Compass star. (3) Copy of (2), with pencil annotations relating to rents from adjoining properties. (3) appears to have been made in response to a request in the letter at (1).
