Yorkshire. Fourteen Ordnance Survey six-inch County Series maps showing the course of the River Humber, from the confluence of the Rivers Trent and Ouse to Spurn Head. Published 1855, 1856. (1) Yorkshire CCXXXVIIA showing the Humber and the north shore to Brantingham; (2) Yorkshire CCLIV showing the River Trent; (3) Yorkshire CCXXXIX showing the area between Welton and Hessle; (4) Yorkshire CCLIVA showing the Humber in Old Warp and Ancholme Channels; (5) Yorkshire CCXL showing Kingston upon Hull; (6) [Yorkshire CCXLI] showing area between Paull and Burstwick; (7) Yorkshire CCLV showing Toulhome Sands and area inland; (8) Yorkshire CCLXVIIIW showing the high water mark beyond the Humber; (9) CCLVI showing Sunk Island and Patrington; (10) Yorkshire CCLXVIII showing the Humber in Sunk Roads; (11) Yorkshire CCLXVIIIS showing tide marks; (12) Yorkshire CCLVII showing Welwick and Easington; (13) Yorkshire CCLXIX showing Kilnsea; (14) Yorkshire CCLXIXA showing Spurn Head. MS additions dated 1892; MS title on (1) apparently refers to whole set of maps; 'Humber Conservancy Commission Plan of the River Improvement Lines'. MS pink line in river.
