(3) Ordnance Survey 1:2500 County Series Durham sheet LI.6: map showing the River Tees, Middlesbrough Reach and Old Island. MS additions show the area of foreshore and bed of the River Tees near Middlesbrough Reach which was at issue between the West Hartlepool Harbour and Railway Co and the Office of Woods.
