Scale: 1 inch to 60 feet. Compass indicator. Endorsed to the effect that this was the plan marked E referred to in an affidavit in Chancery made by Henry Wood for the part of the Mayor and corporation of Portsmouth, 1868. Preceded in portfolio by a sheet of calculations, 11 cm x 12.5 cm.
