Essex: Hainault Forest (now in the London Borough of Redbridge). Five versions of 'Plan of the King's Forest or the King's Woods in the Forest of Hainault, in the parishes of Barking and Dagenham'. Reference table except on (2). Scale: 1 inch to 9 chains. Compass star. Surveyed under the Act for disafforesting the Forest, by Thomas Thurston, Ashford. Standidge and Co, lithographers. MS explanatory notes on (5), which is noted as 'the plan referred to in the Report of the Treasury of 18 July 1854'.
