Plan and section, with detailed drawings of a balustrade and centre fountain. Scale of plan: 1 inch to about 1 chain, calculated from measurements given. Endorsed '9 March 1813. Plan submitted from the Commrs... for the Inspection and Approval of the Engineer of the West Middx Water Works Company R.S.S. [R S Sloper, chief clerk of the Company]'.
