'Part of the Plan for New Buildings on the Crowns Estate at Millbank... shewing Ground Required by the Commissioners of Sewers, for improving the Kings Scholars Pond Sewer'. Plan shows the area between the sewer and Whites Bridge, and to the east. Signed by Mr Chawner and H Rhodes.
