1 extract from AO 13/80. New York. 'A Map of Commodore Alexander Grant's Lands at Ticonderoga, Surveyed and Run into Lots A.D. 1771 per Will. Cockburn.' Map shows numbered lots, direction and length of boundaries, nature of corner stakes. Table of numbered lots and acreage under the heads of three proprietors, Lieutenant Alexander Grant, Lieutenant Allan Grant and Captain James Grant. Compass rose. Submitted with Grant's memorial to the Commissioners investigating Loyalists' Claims [c 1786].
