Two plans of waste lands in (1) the northern and (2) the southern portions of Epping Forest, Essex, marked RCD 3 and RCD 4 respectively, as referred to in Robert Collier Driver's affidavit of 25 March 1872. The parishes of Leyton, Walthamstow, Wanstead and Woodford and the Manors of Chingford Earls, Chingford St Paul, Epping, Loughton, Theydon Bois and Waltham Holy Cross with Upstone are shown. Enclosed lands are shown in pink and waste lands in green. Scale: 1 inch to 12 chains. Compass indicators. Surveyed by Messrs Driver and Co for the Epping Forest Commission. Dimensions of sheets: (1) 98 cm x 115.5 cm; (2) 87 cm x 170.5 cm.
