On extraction to this reference, these items were originally bound in 13 portfolios numbered 1A, 1B, 2, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. In 2003 they were repaired and rebound into 13 new portfolios numbered 1, 2, 3 part 1, 3 part 2, 4 part 1, 4 part 2, 4 part 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. Original portfolios 1A and 1B are now combined as portfolio 1; the contents of original portfolios 3A and 3B are now in portfolios 3 part 1 and 3 part 2; and the contents of original portfolios 4A and 4B are now in portfolios 4 part 1, 4 part 2 and 4 part 3.
