Plan of estates in Penge, Lewisham and Beckenham to be purchased by the Crystal Palace Company, showing field boundaries, owners, occupiers and acreage. Reference table. Scale: 1 inch to 192 feet. Compass indicator. Endorsed with a Privy Council licence to purchase, 22 September 1852.
