4 items extracted from BT 1/483/518/1851. Cheshire. (1) and (3) are 2 copies of a plan showing land to be conveyed to the Stockport Waterworks Company by H and P Marsland. Scale: 1 inch to about 200 feet. Compass indicators. Insets: an enlarged plan of premises in New Bridge Lane; and a plan of reservoirs and filters. Scale (insets): 1 inch to about 100 feet. (2) and (4) are 2 copies of an Order in Council, licensing the purchase of the land, dated 27 February 1851.
