Drawn by [Jean Baptiste] d'Anville, based on information in 'Analyse Géographique de I'Italie' and on an engraving by P Bourgoin. Published at Paris by d'Anville, Jaillot and Widow Estienne and at Nuremberg by S Homann heirs.
The piece which formerly bore reference MPI 130 (extracted from PRO 30/8/316), was transferred to MPII 1/61
