Two maps, each made up as follows. Ordnance Survey one-inch Old Series England and Wales: parts of three sheets [the western quarters of sheet I and the south-west quarter of sheet XLVII], joined to show area between London, Brentwood (Essex) and Bishop's Stortford (Hertfordshire). Scale: 1 inch to 1 mile. Hachured edition. Sheet [I SW] engraved at the Ordnance map Office, Southampton; published 12 July 1844; printed from an electrotype, 1871. Each map bears MS additions showing lands in Epping Forest. Reference tables to colours used. MS note on (1) reads 'This plan was deposited at the Crown Hotel Loughton on the 27th April 1872 and removed on the 31st October 1872'. Signed by T P Wilkinson.
