[England]: 'A Tudor house'. Plan of ground floor of unnamed house: entrance through great court, rooms arranged around an inner court (offices to left side, parlour and bedchambers to the right), orchard at rear, gardens to rear and right side, kitchen garden on left side. Doorways, windows, fireplaces, [garderobes?], and staircases indicated. No scale shown. Possibly by John Rogers. Hand and star watermark, similar to Briquet 11386. 'I. 39 Misc' pencilled in early twentieth-century hand.
The plan is of unknown provenence; a label on the dorse, 17 September 1927, notes that: 'This document was removed from Misc?'.
