Map also shows probable limits of principal states. Positions shown in regard to French claims. Scale: 1 inch to about 14 miles. Harrison and Sons, lithographers, November 1878. Extracted from map enclosed in Colonial Office letter of 18 August 1876 (FO 84/1465). Confidential Print number 2805.
