The function of the External Relations Division since 1900 has been the cultivation of good relations with Principals, the reception of overseas visitors, the arrangement of overseas visits, the appointment of overseas representatives, the dissemination of information about the Crown Agents' organisation and its services, the issue of press releases in the UK and the publication of the Crown Agents Bulletin and the Crown Agents Review.
