Two-page letter dated January 1835 from Francis Stevens of Sidmouth, Devon, concerning part of the Aldborough Hatch Estate near Barking, Essex, belonging to the crown, which he wished to purchase. At the top of the first page is a sketch plan of the land, showing field names and acreage; dimensions 13 cm x 21 cm.
