(1) Plan of the River Torridge foreshore, showing land proposed to be purchased by W D Braginton; also shows house, embankment, marsh, low water mark, road and field with acreage. No scale shown. Compass indicator. On the same sheet are two transverse sections. Endorsed: 'With 1928/63'. Originally filed with George Brown's letter, Barnstaple, 26 May 1863.
