'Plan for embanking and cultivating 180 Acres of Land and of making a New Turnpike Road (over the land to be enclosed) to the Town of Plymouth'. Plan shows place-names, acreage, low water at neap tides. Title in shield cartouche. Reference table. Scale: about 1 inch to 12 chains. Compass indicator. Originally enclosed in report of William Jessop, London, 28 February 1801. With the report is a survey of the mudlands in Lipson Bay, by John Widdicombe, land surveyor.
