'Plan... shewing Boundaries of Penrose Farm on Rialton Estate and the other lands: taken from the Plan of Portion of Manor of Rialton belonging to Francis late duke of Leeds. NB a Copy of this tracing sent to Mr Lavery 23 Novr 1844' (title taken from enclosing paper in CRES 2/175). Shows numbered fields, adjacent properties, roads; and bears a small perspective drawing of the parish church. No scale shown. Compass indicator.
