3 items extracted from KB 16/54 no 11. Lyminge, Kent. (1) Writ from Queen's Bench 31 January 1849 in the matter of the Lyminge boundary. (2) Return dated 27 August 1849. (3) 'Lyminge Inclosure. Plan of the boundary line between the manors of Lyminge and East-Leigh.', showing boundary, and parish in which High Minnis is situated, with roads, fields (some with plots numbered), and six mile house. Reference table Scale: 1 inch to 6 chains. Compass indicator. Signed Thomas Thurston, Ashford. Drawn pursuant to the award of Nathan Wetherall, an assistant enclosure commissioner, 27 August 1849, in response to writ from Queen's Bench 31 January 1849.
