1 item (2 folios) extracted from J 90/1733. Conveyance of 11 April 1890 from J C Allen Jeffreys to Reverend John Maturin Warren. Inset on face of folio 2: plan of land adjoining rectory in Bawdrip, Somerset, (plots 129 and 130 on tithe map). Also shows site of school cottage and school house, boundary marks, footpaths, fences and walls. Not to scale; measurements given. Exhibit in the Chancery cause Re: Bawdrip Rectory [1889 B.88]; deposited 28 April 1891.
