Inset on first sheet: plan of premises at 2 King Street, St James's Square. Scale: 1 inch to 20 feet. Compass indicator. Dimensions of lease: 40 cm x 28 cm. Exhibit in the Chancery cause Re: Swindell; deposited pursuant to Order of 23 July 1889.
