Indenture of sale and release pursuant to sale between William Eaton Mousley and Francis Severn; Joseph Knight; and Stephen Gamble, 8 October 1831. Inset on sheet 1: plan of plot of land in the parish of St Werburgh, adjacent to Ashbourn turnpike road. Also shows New Street, adjacent occupiers. Scale: 1 inch to 30 feet. Compass indicator. Dimensions: plan 14 cm x 15 cm; indenture 74 cm x 57 cm. Exhibit in the Chancery cause Wright v Robotham (1885 W.928).
