Hertfordshire: Hertford. (1) Cover giving title of cause, Mounsey v Richardson, in the matter of the Estate of Henry Waite deceased (1877 W.127). (2) Copy of part of Chancery order of 31 July 1877 requiring deposit of deeds. (3) Conveyance between Reverend William Whitworth Chetwynd Talbot and Robert Bourke, 19 January 1864. Inset: plan of building plot on Talbot Road, in the parish of St John. Scale: 1 inch to 30 feet. Measurements given. Compass indicator. Dimensions of plan 17 cm x 16 cm, on sheet 67 cm x 50 cm.
