(2) Copy of part of Chancery order of 31 July 1877 requiring deposit of deeds. (3) Conveyance between Reverend William Whitworth Chetwynd Talbot and Robert Bourke, 19 January 1864. Inset: plan of building plot on Talbot Road, in the parish of St John. Scale: 1 inch to 30 feet. Measurements given. Compass indicator. Dimensions of plan 17 cm x 16 cm, on sheet 67 cm x 50 cm.
