Also shows allotments of land according to legal partition of Coxe estate by commissioners, ordered in the cause Young v Sutton. Reference table to beneficiaries and acreage. Scale bar: 1 cm to 100 (?feet). Compass star. Extracted from and referred to in deed of partition dated 2 January 1817, J 90/1646. Exhibit in the Chancery causes Stephenson v Story (1877 S.136) and Bryans v Stephenson (1877 B.165).
