1 item extracted from J 90/1611. Wales: Flintshire: Gwernaffield in Mold. 'Plan of lands belonging to the Rhual Estate applied for by Messrs. Bellis, Lloyd & Holmes'. Shows lands at Bryn Belan, Wren Farm and Fford Hir, subject to a mineral lease for ironstone, lead, copper, blackjack and calamine, subject to 21 year mineral lease according to terms of lease of 1 May 1880. Also shows fields, roads, woodland, acreage, areas leased and not leased. Scale: 1 inch to just over 3 chains. Compass indicator. Referred to in lease to which it was originally attached (which remains in J 90/1611), where the terms and conditions are set out. Exhibit in the Chancery cause Re: Phillips 1880.
