Inset on sheet 4: plan of lands in Lambeth and Streatham west of Croxted Lane, Surrey (now in London Borough of Lambeth), showing parcels of land incorporated into sale of November 1846. Also shows other lot numbers, with acreage, adjacent owners, parish boundary, proposed new roads, including proposed Dulwich to Norwood road. No scale shown. Compass indicator. Signed by William Lambert, surveyor, 40 Coleman Street. Dimensions: plan 24 cm x 49 cm; deed 54 cm x 71 cm. Exhibit in the Chancery cause Bradshaw v Alexander.
