With inset ground plan of number 71 Aldermanbury, City of London, showing dimensions, names of adjacent occupiers. Scale: 1 inch to 8 feet (measured). Compass indicator. Dimensions: plan 23 cm x 10 cm; indenture 55 cm x 34 cm. Exhibit in the Chancery causes Lee v Monk, Lee v Monk (and Re: Act of II Geo. IV & I Will IV, c.65) (1871 L.87).
