1 item (2 sheets) extracted from J 90/1270. Indenture of lease dated 21 December 1871 between Ethan Snow, Joseph Mark and others to William Trice and George Chapman, pursuant to an order in Chancery. With inset ground plan of number 71 Aldermanbury, City of London, showing dimensions, names of adjacent occupiers. Scale: 1 inch to 8 feet (measured). Compass indicator. Dimensions: plan 23 cm x 10 cm; indenture 55 cm x 34 cm. Exhibit in the Chancery causes Lee v Monk, Lee v Monk (and Re: Act of II Geo. IV & I Will IV, c.65) (1871 L.87).
