1 item (4 sheets) extracted from J 90/1212. London: Westminster: Allington Street. Deed of covenant dated 26 September 1867 between Henry J Reynolds and others. Inset plan on sheet 3 shows cottage and land to rear of 2 Allington Street, in the parish of St John the Evangelist, to be leased for erection of Wesleyan chapel vestries and outbuildings. Also shows siting of land in relation to Horseferry Road Wesleyan Chapel, Medway Street and Allington Street. Scale: about 1 inch to 16 feet. Compass indicator. Exhibits in the causes Re: H S Reynolds, an infant, and Re: 11 George 4 & 1 William 4 Cap 65. Dimensions: plan 28 cm x 14.5 cm; covenant: 54 cm x 72 cm.
