Extracted from lease between George and James Bishop (trustees of the estate of Richard Houlditch) and James Bishop (aforesaid, as guardian of the estate of William Henry Courtenay, infant, of Georgia, United States of America) and Messrs Tracey, Southall and Watson, builders, 13 March 1866. Lease also contains building specifications. Exhibit in the cause Re: Courtenay.
