1 item extracted from J 90/1144. Plan of building land adjacent to Pond Street and Hampstead Road, Hampstead, Middlesex. Shows plots, stabling, roads, rents shared. Scale: 1 inch to 50 feet. Extracted from lease between George and James Bishop (trustees of the estate of Richard Houlditch) and James Bishop (aforesaid, as guardian of the estate of William Henry Courtenay, infant, of Georgia, United States of America) and Messrs Tracey, Southall and Watson, builders, 13 March 1866. Lease also contains building specifications. Exhibit in the cause Re: Courtenay.
