Plan shows house and land, with acreage, at the junction of Park Lane and Town Lane, and adjacent occupiers. Scale bars: 2 inches to 1 chain and 1 inch to 2 chains. Compass indicator. Signed by G Grist, surveyor, Canterbury, 1839. Extracted from deed of release, 10 October 1839. Exhibit in the Chancery cause Paine v Grant, 1864.
