Plan of land abutting the Channelsea River, Stratford, to be conveyed to the Eastern Counties and Thames Junction Railway Company for construction of a pier. Shows the river, channels and land, site of Anchor Inn. Not to scale. Plan inset on indenture of sale (1 sheet) dated 26 May 1845, Samuel Hasluck to Eastern Counties and Thames Junction Railway Company. Exhibit in the Chancery cause Hasluck v Hasluck, 1863. Dimensions: plan 16 cm x 12 cm, on sheet 55 cm x 65 cm.
